ELECTROPONIC DEVICE

One of the crises faced by large and industrial livestock farms is the lack of fresh fodder, so except in spring and summer, there is a reduced fodder harvest and a lot of land is needed for cultivation. Additionally, they face water problems and the transmission of diseases from soil to livestock.

Using electronic circuits and modern electronic methods, the electroponic device has introduced a new method for producing fodder or growing plants and various types of trees in any climate and at any temperature without the use of soil.

In this method, all the needs of plants are automatically controlled by intelligent sensors and the required water is constantly purified to prevent water from becoming stinky and problematic. The necessary materials for plant growth are added to it automatically, the light is controlled by plant LEDs & the temperature is controlled by sensors, to achieve all the favorable conditions for fodder production in the shortest time under controlled conditions. All this process is completed in a container & it would be possible to produce fresh fodder or vegetable in any weather condition.

The hydroponic device uses induction & magnetic systems to eliminate water pollution by active ionized air & has no odor and as the system is inside a container, it would accelerate the growth time and provides light all day and night.

This device, which uses the modern electronic methods by electronic circuits to align water molecules, has introduced a new method for better absorption of water by the roots, resulting in better growth and more efficient water usage. One of the problems that farmers are struggling with, is controlling the water consumption due to lack of fresh water and irrigation. Using this device, roots’ water absorption is enhanced which results in a better growth.

Using the electromagnetic water, the product ripens one month earlier and water consumption is reduced by 30%. Electromagnetic irrigation prevents the formation of new sediments without adding acid, chemicals and toxins to the water. Furthermore, the soil becomes hollow and soft over time and clumps are prevented, and with the activation of soil salts, fertilizer consumption will be reduced by half.

Pasteurized irrigation water prevents plant diseases (fungal, bacterial and viral) and less pesticides would be needed. The plant is fresher, greener and healthier and will better resist the parasites and pests and will increase profitability by reducing production costs and increasing efficiency.

One of the changes that occurs in magnetic water is the arrangement of the water molecules electrical charges. As there is naturally little difference between the pure forces of water molecules, the locations of water molecules are completely random. In available waters and at ambient temperature, more than 70% of water molecules are irregularly located and their positive and negative charges are not in their natural positions.

This process causes the water molecules (including cations and anions) to transform from irregular status to regular and to change the type of oxygen-hydrogen bond from a triangular to a line. Under these conditions, the positive hydrogens would have more charge and eventually the net negative charge of the water molecule is converted to the magnetic water net positive charge. Consequently, in this situation, the electronic charge of the water molecules will be different from that of the ordinary water. Additionally, the formation of smaller water molecules, increases the number of water molecules per unit volume as well as the solubility of water.

As a matter of fact, magnetic water does not add or subtract anything from the water. Normally, if 100 grams of calcium enters the water in a pipe, 80 grams of calcium exits, while if the electromagnetic irrigation is used, all the 100 grams exits. However, by magnetizing the water, the surface tension is decreased to 62 dyn/cm². Reducing the water surface tension increases its solubility and decreases the hardness, and as the hardness decreases, the dissolved oxygen increases.

The main task of detergents used for washing the dishes is cleaning the fats as well as the contaminations.

Environmental pollution and diseases caused by excessive use of detergents endanger the environment and human health. These chemicals, which are linking water to fats, in order to the remove contaminants cause skin problems for people, and destroy underground water as well as the environment.

This device is a good alternative for decreasing the use of such substances, in the way that by changing the water molecules, it separates fats and contaminants from dishes and fruits, and disinfects all dishes with ionized water vapor.

This device is designed to remove detergents by electronically altering the molecular structure of water which results in eliminating contaminants (viruses and bacteria) and especially fats. This device can be installed as a connector or a valve on the sinks or it can be used as a separate sink, and this modified water will be pressure sprayed on the dishes and eliminates all the contaminants.
